THE BIG ONE
UCC data now in 22 states
UCC filings went from about 10 states to 22, and UCC now has its own API, so you can pull liens on their own or keep adding uccData=true to your SOS search.
New states: California, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and Wisconsin
Standalone UCC API: call UCC by itself, or add it to your SOS lookup
Fast responses: for states with very long lien histories, you get the 5 newest filings plus the full count in
uccDataCount
NEW COVERAGE
Puerto Rico SOS search
Puerto Rico is now a supported jurisdiction. Search by business name or registration index and get back status, addresses, resident agent, officers, filing documents and a screenshot of the registry record.
More detail from Indiana
Indiana launched a new state website, and we've moved over to it. Indiana results now include officers, filing history, name history, assumed names and address match.
