COBALT PRODUCT UPDATE
Start typing. We'll find the business.
Business Search Suggestions is live, and it's included with Cobalt monthly plans.
You know that moment when someone types "Joe's Pizza" and the state has it on file as "JOES PIZZA & SUBS, L.L.C."? We built something for that.
Meet Business Search Suggestions: as someone types a business name, Cobalt suggests matching businesses from our database in real time. Think autocomplete, but for legal entity names.
What you get
Suggestions start after just 3 characters
Narrow results by state
Returns the business name, SOS ID, state, address and address type
Use the SOS ID to run a more exact Secretary of State lookup
Fewer misses from typos, punctuation, suffixes or incomplete names
Included with monthly plans
Business Search Suggestions is included with Cobalt monthly subscription plans at no extra cost. If you're already on a monthly plan, there's nothing to upgrade and nothing to turn on. On pay-as-you-go or still exploring? Get in touch and I can walk you through plan options.
See it in action
If you give it a try, I'd love to hear how it fits into your workflow. Any questions or feedback, just let me know.
